The Dodge Durango comes with a handful of standard safety features, like Electronic Stability Control, All-Speed Traction Control, and Ready-Alert Braking that will help keep your Durango stable and in control while driving on any road.

It also has systems in place to help maintain that control while towing as well. Trailer Sway Control will apply brake pressure to select wheels and make adjustments to the engine throttle so the trailer and vehicle both continue to stay stable.
